The best care for every brain™

Isaac Health expands brain health services to include mental health care for people with dementia and caregivers

two people embracing one another

At Isaac Health, we’re continually evolving to meet the unique needs of people living with dementia, as well as their caregivers. As part of this mission, we’re excited to announce that we are now offering psychiatric and other behavioral health services under the flagship Isaac Health brain health program. These services are designed to support the emotional and psychological well-being of people living with Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders (ADRD) and their loved ones.

Mental health is brain health

Research shows that the emotional toll of ADRD, both for patients and caregivers, can lead to heightened levels of anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. Studies also show that untreated depression among older adults can increase risk for dementia onset and progression.1

Our mission is simple: to support the brain health of all people. We believe that mental health is brain health, and by offering psychiatric and behavioral health services, we aim to ease the burden for both people living with ADRD and their caregivers. We’re committed to providing person-centered care that addresses not only symptoms of cognitive decline but also common behavioral health conditions associated with ADRD.

We are now offering diagnosis, medication management, and therapy for anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, eating disorders, insomnia, personality disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, and substance use disorder. If you have any questions about our services, please reach out to a member of our care navigation team at (888) 818-2059 to learn more about care options.

Addressing the mental health gap in care for dementia and other cognitive disorders

In the U.S., fewer than 20% of psychiatrists are available to see new patients, and wait times for appointments average over 2 months.2 But we understand that mental health can’t wait. At Isaac Health, you can book an appointment with one of our specialists within days, not months.

“We see the impact that mental health challenges can have on both persons living with neurocognitive disorders as well as their loved ones,” says Dr. Joel Salinas, co-founder and chief medical officer at Isaac Health. “By integrating psychiatry and psychotherapy into our care model, all under one roof, we aim to ease that burden and provide the specialized support they need to live life to the fullest, especially when they need it most.”
Isaac Health’s behavioral health services will cover a range of support options:
